Nice Place
Cindy helped us with our move in, she was very professional and answered all our questions. She made the move in as smooth ... as possible. We are loving the place so far. Maintenance was able to fix a couple of minor issues in a timely manner. The place is quiet and people around are friendly.... so far everything is great.... BIG shout out to Stonebriar
I have lived in this apartment for 4 years, I have loved every minute. I am very impressed by the staff and maintenance. ... Their attention to detail has been amazing!!! I would like to thank Gabriel for fallowing up for the emergency situation. New resident
I am a new resident of Stone Briar in Overland Park KS and I've been treated like a queen. Cindy Ammon is my leasing agent ... and she has kindly walked me through everything with care and kindness. During my walk through she gave me a welcome bag of goodies and gave a Price Brothers key chain for my keys. The owner of the complex, Price Brothers is a great company. I have been in another apartment that Price Brothers owned. When another property company came along the complex I lived in hasn't been the same, for the worst. My apartment is spectacular and I am beyond elated. I can drive my trash done a road and discreetly put in a dumpster. There is a car care center if you want to wash you car by hand.
